Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain HR records, employee database, and documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle HR policies, compliance, and statutory documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
