Job Summary
ISF Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, accounting principles, and GST regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts.
- Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in GST return preparation, TDS compliance, and other statutory filings.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and customers regarding financial matters.
- Assist management with MIS reports and financial analysis as required.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting standards.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
