We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Accounts
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts to join the Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing accounting with hands-on knowledge of statutory compliance, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle Purchase, Sales, and General Ledger accounting.
- Perform Ledger and Personal Ledger Reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP and ERP software.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain statutory accounting records and documentation.
- Analyze financial data using Advanced Excel.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or CA Inter.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry or a CA Firm handling manufacturing clients.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Tally ERP
- ERP Software
- Purchase & Sales Accounting
- MIS Reporting
- Advanced Excel
- Ledger Reconciliation
- GST, TDS, TCS & Income Tax Compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in a Manufacturing Company.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
