Job Description:
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented Project Planner to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Position Responsibilities

Prepare Material, Manpower & Equipment deployment plan for required progress under construction & EPC Contracts.

Generate Periodical Progress Reports, exceptional reports, MPR & MIS for top management.

Coordinating engineering/procurement vendors for on-time deliverables.

Preparation of Greenfield/Brownfield/Shutdown schedule, executive Progress Summary Report, Review and forecast Contractor Work front.

Development of L3 & L4 level schedule based on available scope & Drawings & derive critical path.

Preparing S Curve, monitoring & updating schedules in M.S projects and Primavera, critical activity monitoring for engineering, procurement, and construction.

Develop & monitor project critical path.

Raising project risk/Red flag well in advance to management for timely action and decision.

Collaborate with the Engineering discipline and the Project Management team for cost estimation.

Collaborate with various vendors and contractors for cost estimation

Present the accurate cost estimates to the discipline head in a timely manner

Develop and maintain the database for cost estimation with up-to-date rates.

Strict adherence to the systems and procedures laid down by IPSM.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant experience in MS Project & Primavera.

Hands-on experience in advanced Excel, Power BI & PPT presentation.

Knowledge of Earned Value management.

Experience in Pharma & Data Centre Projects.

Graduate Engineer (BE).
