CodeSapient Labs Private Limited is looking for a skilled Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience in WordPress, PHP, and Shopify to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites.
- Build responsive websites and e-commerce stores.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and Shopify themes.
- Develop PHP-based website functionality and fix website issues.
- Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive web pages.
- Optimize website performance and ensure browser compatibility.
- Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and payment gateways.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver quality projects on time.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, Shopify, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Shopify theme customization (Liquid).
- Experience creating custom WordPress themes/plugins.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Gutenberg, or WPBakery.
- Basic knowledge of hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, and domains.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Git, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS, technical SEO, and website security.
- Understanding of Shopify APIs and custom app development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
