DoctorsBuy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, following up with leads, generating new business, and building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities - Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers. - Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales. - Explain DoctorsBuy products and solutions confidently. - Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until order closure. - Maintain customer records and update sales activities. - Build long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors. - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or B2B Sales. -
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus). - Strong negotiation and customer handling skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email,). -
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn. Preferred - Experience in medical equipment, hospital furniture, or healthcare sales is an advantage.
