We are a premier commercial wedding venue known for delivering exceptional experiences. To maintain the highest standards of service and facility upkeep, we are looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician with strong skills in plumbing, and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operations.
Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all facility systems. You’ll work on-site, handling regular maintenance tasks, emergency repairs, and event-specific support. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the event schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems (pumps, pipelines, fittings, etc.).
- Operate and manage STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) systems effectively.
- Support event operations by ensuring venue infrastructure is functional and presentable.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report issues proactively.
- Ensure safety protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Liaise with external vendors or service teams when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing work.
- Prior experience operating and maintaining STP systems (preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility with working hours including weekends and late evenings.
- Immediate joining availability is highly preferred.
