Designation – Associate HR Manager
Experience – 7+ Years
Location – Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
Key KPIs
● HR Operations & Process Ownership – Own day-to-day HR processes, ensure adherence, and continuously improve SOPs and workflows.
● Employee Lifecycle Management – Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, performance processes, promotions, and exits with a consistent employee experience.
● HRMS & Data Management – Own KEKA/HRMS accuracy, workflows, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR data.
● Compliance & Statutory – Ensure compliance with labour law, statutory requirements, policies, and audit requirements, with proper documentation and timely actions.
● MIS & Reporting – Prepare accurate and timely HR MIS, dashboards, and people analytics for management decision-making.
● Employee Relations & People Management – Handle employee queries and concerns, support managers, and ensure consistent policy implementation.
● Culture & Engagement – Drive employee engagement, events, team initiatives, and culture-building activities.
● Office Administration – Oversee office administration, vendors, facilities, and smooth day-to-day workplace operations.
● Stakeholder Management – Coordinate effectively with leadership, managers, Finance, Admin, IT, and other stakeholders.
● Ownership & Agility – Take end-to-end ownership, proactively solve issues, and step in when business requirements demand flexibility.
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance. ● Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and HR data management.
● Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR processes.
● Good MIS, reporting, and analytical skills.
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Ability to own processes, drive compliance, and handle multiple priorities.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
● Comfortable working beyond routine HR activities when business requirements demand.

Pay: ₹15,645.94 - ₹50,000.00 per month
