Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive AV Onsite Engineer to manage and support audio-visual systems at client locations across Pune. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV infrastructure, delivering high-quality technical support and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment including projectors, video conferencing systems, displays, and sound systems
- Provide onsite technical support for AV-related issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in AV systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for AV setup and event support
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AV equipment
- Support conference room technologies (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, etc.)
- Maintain documentation for AV systems, configurations, and service logs
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in AV support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, video conferencing tools, and networking basics
- Hands-on experience with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX preferred)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Willingness to work onsite and flexible hours if required
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in AV technologies or networking
- Experience in corporate/enterprise AV environments
- Familiarity with structured cabling and rack setup
