Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle room reservations and guest inquiries
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain guest records and billing accurately
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to work in shifts
- Prior hotel/front office experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also appy
Pay: ₹15,150.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
