Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone to confirm purchase orders.
- Verify customer details, product information, and delivery requirements.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders and purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Follow company communication standards and customer service protocols.
- Escalate customer concerns when necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly confirmation targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or order processing is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: 1 Day
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
