Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Dune Institute of Modern Marketing in Vizag.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
- Explain our courses and programs clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Schedule appointments and counselling sessions.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹8,636.05 - ₹15,000.00 per month
