Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to serve as the bridge between our Creative Team and Sales/Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in strategizing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that not only amplify our brand presence but also drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and analyst — someone who can translate creative ideas into engaging content while aligning with marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design integrated social media strategies aligned with brand goals and sales objectives.
- Develop monthly content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and platform-specific posting strategies.
Content Execution
- Oversee the creation, curation, and publishing of high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and aesthetics remain consistent across all channels.
Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of social media campaigns — from ideation to launch to performance tracking.
- Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to align promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Community Engagement
- Monitor audience interactions, respond to queries, and foster meaningful engagement to build brand loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in consumer-facing industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content trends, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively between creative and sales/marketing teams.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and analytics platforms.
