Job Overview
Fiddleleaf Solutions is hiring a Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer to design and implement secure, responsible, and enterprise-grade AI governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering expertise with hands-on experience in AI security, governance automation, and enterprise compliance.
This role focuses on embedding AI governance controls directly into runtime systems while enabling secure AI adoption across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement prompt filtering, output validation, and AI misuse protection.
- Enforce AI governance through code, automation, and policy controls.
- Build audit trails, traceability mechanisms, and governance frameworks.
- Define and implement AI safety patterns across enterprise AI agents.
- Identify AI security risks including prompt injection, hallucinations, and data leakage.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement secure AI development practices.
- Develop scalable governance and monitoring solutions for enterprise AI applications.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and scripting.
- Experience working with security or governance-related systems.
- Knowledge of Policy-as-Code or rule engines.
- Strong understanding of AI security risks including:
- Prompt Injection
- Hallucinations
- Data Leakage
- Enterprise compliance and governance mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Saviynt, ServiceNow, or IAM solutions.
- Exposure to Responsible AI or Model Risk frameworks.
- Experience with approval workflows and enterprise governance platforms.
