Job Description
Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Store Supervisor to manage end-to-end store operations at our chemical manufacturing facility. The role involves handling raw materials, chemicals, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch
- Handle raw materials, solvents, reagents, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and batch-wise material traceability
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and physical registers
- Prepare and verify GRN, inward/outward entries, and stock documentation
- Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and safe storage of chemicals as per MSDS
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase indents to avoid shortages
- Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, Purchase, and Logistics teams
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and EHS standards
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
- Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to safety and discipline norms
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in store operations
- Mandatory experience in chemical / pharmaceutical / manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of chemical storage and safety procedures
- Familiar with ERP systems and inventory controls
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
