Location: Mumbai
Contract Duration: 8 Months (Extension based on performance)
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

Roles & Responsibilities
- Process payroll activities for APAC locations ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for payroll and offboarding inputs/documents.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work closely with payroll and offboarding vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for payroll funding activities.
- Support tax filing activities and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Prepare and share payroll reports with relevant stakeholders such as Finance and HR teams.
- Participate in year-end payroll and tax activities within regulatory timelines.
- Handle large datasets using MS Excel functions and formulas.
- Escalate issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams.
- Adapt to process changes and work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
