Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective candidates.
* Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
* Understand candidate requirements and identify suitable solutions.
* Guide interested prospects through the enrollment process.
* Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
* Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
What We're Looking For
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
* Confident in making outbound calls and handling conversations professionally.
* Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn business development and sales.
* Basic computer proficiency.

Compensation
