1. Welder – 5 Positions
Experience Required: 6–10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Fabrication and welding work for Industrial Machinery
MIG / ARC / Gas cutting work
Reading fabrication drawings and executing work accordingly
Maintaining welding quality and finishing
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of heavy fabrication work
Experience in industrial machinery manufacturing preferred
Ability to handle workshop production work independently
2. Fitter – 5 Positions
Experience Required: 6–10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Mechanical fitting and assembly of Industrial Machinery
Alignment, installation, and maintenance work
Ability to understand technical/mechanical drawings
Machine trial and fitting adjustments
Requirements:
Experience in heavy machinery fitting work
Practical knowledge of industrial tools and equipment
Ability to work independently on machine assembly
3. Supervisor – 2 Positions
Experience Required: 8 - 15 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of fabrication and machine assembly work
Managing workshop manpower and production activities
Ensuring quality control and timely project completion
Coordinating between production and management teams
Requirements:
Strong experience in Industrial Machinery/Manufacturing Industry
Leadership and manpower handling skills
Deep practical knowledge of fabrication and machine assembly processes
