The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitor and client requirements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Assist the HR and Administration team with documentation and filing.
- Prepare and maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Support travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and courier coordination when required.
- Ensure all front office operations are carried out efficiently and professionally.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
- Receive and maintain sample catalogues, vendor documents, and project files.
- Assist the Projects, Sales, and Design teams with administrative coordination.
- Follow up with clients for meeting confirmations and document submissions.
- Maintain the showroom/front office ambience and ensure hospitality for visiting clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
