Job Summary:
We are hiring Telecallers for our client based in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, providing information about products/services, handling customer queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Attend inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments or meetings when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
