Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Alu-Alu Blister Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining blister packing machines while ensuring product quality and compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Alu-Alu blister packing machines efficiently.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper packing quality and minimize material wastage.
- Conduct routine in-process checks and maintain production records.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and the packing area.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience operating Alu-Alu blister packing machines in a pharmaceutical company.
Pay: ₹25,094.62 - ₹32,869.27 per month
