Job roles & responsibilities :-
1. Generate leads and manage client communication via Upwork
2. Handle client chats, calls, and requirement discussions
3. Understand project scope and coordinate with the technical team
4. Prepare proposals, estimates, and responses
5. Follow up and convert leads into business opportunities
6. Proven experience in IT services sales via Upwork
7. Strong client handling and communication skills
8. Understanding of web and software development lifecycle
9. Experience in closing deals is a strong advantage
