About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Campaign Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end marketing and promotional campaigns.
This is a completely non-technical role, making it perfect for engineering graduates who want to pivot into fast-paced business operations, digital marketing, or campaign management. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, and launch marketing and promotional campaigns across various digital and operational channels.
- Coordination & Communication: Seamlessly collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and strategy) to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor active campaigns, keep track of key performance metrics, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Optimization: Analyze campaign data to suggest improvements, ensure maximum reach, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Quality Assurance: Review all campaign details, links, and creatives thoroughly before going live to ensure zero errors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! Professional training or prior internship experience in digital marketing or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical mindset with a comfort for numbers and basic spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn new business concepts quickly.
Work Schedule & Location Details
- Office Timings: 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Mode: Strictly On-site / Office-based
