Experience:
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Exposure to dealer, distributor, architect, interior designer, builder, contractor, OEM, or fabrication market will be an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in Fasteners, Hardware, Building Materials, Industrial Products, Electricals, Plywood, Laminates, Aluminum Profiles, or related industries preferred.
Salary Range: 35k to 40k + Incentives
Roles:
- Develop new business opportunities through field visits and market mapping.
- Generate sales from dealers, distributors, retailers, OEMs, builders, architects, interior designers, and fabrication companies.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new projects and market opportunities to expand business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/sales records.
Qualification:
Graduate preferred. Must possess good communication and negotiation skills.
- Own vehicle preferred for local travel.
