We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and hospitality-driven Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier property. As the strategic leader, you will manage multi-departmental operations—including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Recreation—to guarantee an unforgettable guest experience. You will manage budgets, lead staff, and maintain high hospitality standards to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Oversee daily departmental workflows to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Guest Service: Resolve complaints swiftly and maintain high property review scores.
- Finance: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and drive seasonal revenue.
- HR: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor a high-performing hospitality team.
- Maintenance: Inspect facilities regularly to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in hotel/resort management or operational leadership.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Tech: Proficient with Property Management Systems (PMS) and POS software.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and crisis-management abilities.
- Flexibility: Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
