Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team regarding inquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales invoices.
- Manage order processing and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead research and prospecting.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on payments and customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and sales-related data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
- Knowledge of invoicing and order management processes.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates from Rajkot will be preferred.
