Job Description
Primarily responsible for the Production Plan, Budget Allocation, Cost Saving, Manpower management, scheduling shifts, Ensuing quality standards, training of staff, ensuring Production goals are attained etc. Adhering to safety regulations. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Coordinating with other departments. Such as equipment breakdowns or delays and finding solutions to minimize disruptions. Providing reports on production performance, including output, quality, and efficiency, to management
