Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Handle employee documentation, HRMS updates, attendance, and leave management.
- Draft HR letters, including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other employee communications.
- Organize employee engagement activities and support employee relations.
- Maintain HR records, compliance documents, and employee files.
- Assist in performance management and exit formalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; HRMS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
