About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, a modern design sensibility, and the ability to create compelling creatives across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral including social media creatives, brochures, banners, presentations, emailers, and advertisements.
- Create visually engaging graphics for digital campaigns, websites, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Work on video thumbnails, infographics, and basic motion graphics when required.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Figma
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, and marketing designs.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience working in an agency, startup, or corporate marketing environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
