About the Role
Connect4Sure Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Solution Delivery Engineers to execute end-to-end network and IT infrastructure deployments at customer locations across India. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively to support project implementation and service delivery.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to build their careers in Telecom, Network Infrastructure, and Solution Delivery.
Key Responsibilities Solution Implementation
- Execute end-to-end installation, configuration, and deployment of network and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Install, configure, and test networking devices, routers, switches, access points, CCTV systems, structured cabling, and related equipment.
- Perform site surveys and ensure deployment as per project requirements and quality standards.
- Complete installations within the committed timelines.
Customer & Client Coordination
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, landlords, and internal teams during project execution.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide timely project updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely delivery.
- Support customers during installation, testing, and project handover.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate installation reports, site photographs, test reports, and project documentation.
- Update project progress and daily work status in company systems.
- Submit handover documents after successful project completion.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues during installations.
- Escalate unresolved technical problems to the Team Lead.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Ensure minimal downtime during implementation activities.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client site policies.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines during installations.
- Maintain company assets, tools, and equipment responsibly.
- Represent Connect4Sure professionally at customer locations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN), IP Addressing, Routing, and Switching.
- Understanding of structured cabling and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of networking equipment installation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Telecom, Network Infrastructure, IT Support, Field Services, or Solution Delivery.
- Internship or field implementation experience will be an added advantage.
