We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT Support team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about troubleshooting computer systems, providing technical support, and delivering excellent end-user support. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and IT devices while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
- Provide L1/L2 Desktop Support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and support Microsoft 365 (Office 365) applications.
- Configure user accounts, password resets, and Active Directory (AD) user management.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose hardware failures and replace faulty components.
- Resolve basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.
- Install software, drivers, antivirus, and security updates.
- Handle incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide remote support to users and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or CCNA are an added advantage.
