Job Description
Winmaxi Holidays And Travels Private Limited is looking for an experienced Transport Operations Manager to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure efficient vehicle and driver management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transport activities, maintaining compliance, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day transportation operations and vehicle deployment.
- Coordinate driver assignments and trip schedules.
- Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections.
- Monitor operational performance, safety standards, and service quality.
- Maintain vehicle records, permits, insurance, and compliance documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure uninterrupted transportation services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Transport Operations, Fleet Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of transportation operations and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational activities.
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Candidates currently residing in Kochi are preferred.
