We are looking for a skilled ITI Fitter to manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain production fixtures, jigs, tools, and cutting equipment used in thermoforming and manufacturing operations. The candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, perform fitting and assembly work, and ensure tools and fixtures meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assemble, and install production fixtures, jigs, and tooling as per drawings.
- Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and finishing operations.
- Assemble tool components and ensure proper alignment and functionality.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, drilling machines, grinders, and cutting equipment safely.
- Repair and maintain existing fixtures, molds, and production tools.
- Measure and inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Assist in tool modifications and improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Troubleshoot fixture and tooling issues during production.
- Maintain tool room equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for tool-related requirements.
Pay: ₹9,022.55 - ₹29,253.69 per month
