We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for performing administrative and operational tasks to support our company's daily functions. As the "backbone" of the office, you will ensure that data management, documentation, and internal coordination run smoothly
.Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Process and manage data entry tasks with high accuracy and precision.
- Documentation: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document processing, and record-keeping.
- Office Operations: Maintain office stationery, manage pantry items, and handle incoming/outgoing deliveries.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with different departments (like Sales, HR, or Accounting) to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports and presentations for management.
- Financial Support: Assist in processing invoices, bills, and company receipts.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer queries or processing orders through efficient internal communication.
