Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. The role offers hands-on exposure to business development, lead generation, client interactions, and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify prospective leads through various channels.
- Assist in business development and client acquisition activities.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare presentations and sales reports.
- Collaborate with the team to develop growth strategies.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and dedicated towards achieving targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA, or related courses.
- Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer interaction will be an added advantage.
