Job Summary
Datamundi.ai (Mayflower Language services Pvt Ltd)is hiring experienced Portuguese Language Translators to support technology projects .. We are looking for professionals with strong Portuguese language proficiency (B2 level or above) who can deliver accurate technical translations while maintaining clarity, consistency, and the original context of the content.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in technical translation and the IT domain who are looking to work with a leading global technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate technical documents from source language to Portuguese with high accuracy.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and contextual accuracy in all translations.
- Preserve the meaning, intent, and tone of the original content.
- Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to understand technical terminology.
- Manage multiple translation assignments while meeting project deadlines.
- Use translation tools and software to improve productivity and maintain consistency.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to process improvements.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry terminology and translation best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Portuguese Language Proficiency: B2 level or above.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Portuguese translation.
- Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and syntax in both source and target languages.
- Experience translating technical or IT-related documentation.
- Familiarity with CAT tools or translation software is preferred.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
