The role involves lead generation, client outreach, product pitching, and managing the sales pipeline for B2B customers.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in SaaS/product sales, and the ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in target industries
- Schedule product demos and meetings with decision-makers
- Pitch AI-based SaaS products and communicate value propositions clearly
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity tracking
- Work closely with product and marketing teams for customer feedback and GTM alignment
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B product sales or SaaS sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers
- Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Good understanding of sales funnel and customer lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, automation, or technology products
- Exposure to outbound sales and enterprise client handling
- Startup experience is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, or similar platforms
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
