1.Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs
2. Payroll & Attendance
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts team
- Ensure accuracy in salary, incentives, deductions, PF, ESI
3. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues
- Maintain healthy work environment and engagement activities
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition
4. Performance Management
- Implement PMS (Performance Management System)
- Support appraisals, confirmations, and promotions
- Maintain employee performance records
5. Compliance & Statutory
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act)
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle audits and inspections
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs
- Track training attendance and effectiveness
- Support skill development initiatives
7. HR Operations
- Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards
- Draft HR policies, letters, and official communications
- Support management with HR analytics and insights
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
