Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our team. The role offers extensive exposure to complex reconstructive procedures as well as a thriving cosmetic practice, making it ideal for surgeons who want to develop a well-rounded, high-impact career.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist in microvascular surgeries, including replants and revascularisation
- Manage onco-reconstruction and maxillofacial surgery cases
- Independently perform cosmetic procedures such as rhinoplasty, liposuction, body contouring, hair transplant, and breast surgeries
- Evaluate patients, plan treatments, and ensure high standards of clinical care
- Participate in pre-operative planning and post-operative management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the growth and development of the department
Desired Candidate Profile
- MCh / DNB in Plastic Surgery
- Strong foundation in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery
- Good surgical skills with attention to detail and outcomes
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Prior experience in microvascular or cosmetic surgery is preferred but not mandatory
