About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Outbound Sales Executive (Business Development Executive) with 1–2 years of experience in selling Digital Marketing Services and Website Development Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business, engaging with international clients, and successfully closing deals while managing the complete sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Identify and qualify potential clients for Digital Marketing and Website Development services.
* Sell services including:
* SEO
* Google Ads (PPC)
* Social Media Marketing
* Content Marketing
* Website Design & Development
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
* Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales effectively.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
* Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and activity updates.
* Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
* Mandatory experience in selling Digital Marketing Services and Website Development solutions.
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
* Experience working with international clients is mandatory.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and outbound sales strategies.
* Understanding of B2B sales processes and consultative selling.
