About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Bidder to generate high-quality leads and acquire clients through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, understand client requirements, and convert opportunities into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Conduct discovery calls and coordinate with the technical team.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain CRM and track the complete sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Required Skills
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT services, AI, SaaS, Web & Mobile Development, UI/UX, or Digital Marketing.
- Good negotiation and client handling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
