Qualification-12th passed/Diplama
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
- Provide accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/voice process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Candidates must be willing to work from office.
- Rotational Night Shift
- Two-way cab available
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
