We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven App Growth Manager who can strategically manage mobile app growth, user acquisition, monetization, and revenue performance across Android and iOS applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the growth roadmap and revenue performance for Android & iOS apps
- Manage user acquisition strategies across Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Allocate and optimize advertising budgets based on ROAS, LTV, and revenue performance
- Improve app monetization, retention, subscription funnels, and overall app growth
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, videos, screenshots, and store assets
- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) including keyword strategy and listing optimization
- Build reports, dashboards, and growth forecasts for management
- Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate new advertising channels, tools, and growth strategies
- Guide and mentor User Acquisition Specialists when required
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Mobile App Growth / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google App Campaigns (UAC)
- Apple Search Ads
- Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of:
- ROAS
- LTV
- CPI
- CPA
- Attribution & Payback models
- Experience using:
- Firebase
- AppsFlyer / Adjust
- BI / Dashboarding tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience handling and scaling UA budgets
- Leadership or team mentoring experience preferred
Eligibility:
- Candidates must have experience scaling mobile applications profitably
- Strong understanding of app monetization and mobile growth metrics
- Ownership mindset and performance-driven approach preferred
Compensation:
Salary will be based on candidate’s experience, app growth expertise, technical knowledge, analytical skills, and interview performance.
