Job Purpose
This position for the profile of Shift Engineer in Paint shop. It is basically a production engineer profile.
Key Responsibilities
To handle shift production output in Paint shop. (Plan Vs Actual Achievement).
Basic Knowledge of Robot Painting.
To Monitor and control the Consumption of Chemicals, CED Chemical & Consumables.
Responsible for all trials of new Paint/Consumables related to new development/cost saving ideas.
Mgmt of Quality Interface w.r.t Process Quality & Product Quality at different operations in Tractor & Internal Quality Audits as ISO ,PCPA/ CQA/ADPU/EOL Checks.
Monitor & analyze market / quality complaints / benchmark audit, plan & implement countermeasure actions.
Monitor Paint & Chemical consumption /Consumables Consumptions /Energy Mapping & making & implementing cost reduction plans.
Continual improvements through kaizen, 4M, 5Why analysis & other WCM tools & method.
Experience Required
Minimum 10 years to 15 years with Manufacturing exposure in Tractor/Construction/ Automotive Industry with Robotic Painting.
Preferred Qualifications
BE/B.Tech - Mechanical/Chemical/Production.
Diploma + BE/B.Tech(Distance) - Mechanical/Chemical/Production.
