We are building a high-performance team and looking for an experienced Recruiter who understands hospitality, resort, and real estate talent landscapes.Position OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for hospitality operations, luxury resort teams, real estate sales, project execution, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, an industry network, and a proven ability to close quality talent across levels.Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, resort, real estate, and corporate functions.
- Partner with leadership and department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, references, consultants, social media, and hospitality networks.
- Hire across functions, including:
- Resort Operations
- Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Relations
- Chefs and Hospitality Staff
- Real Estate Sales & CRM Teams
- Project, Admin, HR, Finance, and Corporate Functions
- Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and evaluations.
- Build strong talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, drive closures, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain hiring dashboards, recruitment MIS, and candidate databases.
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury resorts, hotels, real estate, or premium lifestyle sectors is strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through job portals and professional networking.
- Proven track record in both bulk and niche hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel between Delhi and Shimla when required.
