About the Role
Naad Wellness is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Ayurveda consultant to provide holistic patient care through authentic Ayurvedic principles. The ideal candidate will assess guests, prepare personalized treatment plans, coordinate with therapists, and ensure exceptional wellness outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed Ayurvedic consultations, including Prakriti and Vikriti assessment.
- Diagnose health conditions based on Ayurvedic principles and prepare individualized treatment protocols.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma therapies, diet plans, and lifestyle modifications.
- Supervise and guide therapists in the correct execution of prescribed therapies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and clinical documentation.
- Educate guests about preventive healthcare, nutrition, yoga, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Coordinate with Yoga, Naturopathy, Nutrition, and Wellness teams to deliver integrated treatment plans.
- Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs, hygiene standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in health camps, wellness programs, workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Support continuous improvement in clinical quality and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Medical Council Registration.
- Certification or experience in Panchakarma will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and holistic healing.
- Excellent patient consultation and counselling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Clinical decision-making and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary wellness teams.
