St. Thomas Public School is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced School Coordinator (Secondary) to lead and support the academic and holistic development of students in the Secondary Section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership and ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
- Mentor, guide, and support teachers to enhance classroom practices.
- Monitor lesson planning, assessments, and student progress.
- Coordinate school activities, events, and co-curricular programs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and school leadership.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
Eligibility:
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in the Secondary Section.
- Prior experience as a Coordinator or Academic Leader will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer applications.
