Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly.
Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights.
Run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and optimize for ROI.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign management.
Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and hashtag strategy.
Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
Good analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva or Adobe tools).
Experience in influencer marketing and community management.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
