Job Title:
Senior Database Developer / Engineer (SQL Server to Oracle Migration)
Level: Senior (we can consider Level 3-4)
Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in database development/engineering

Strong hands-on experience in:

SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, dynamic SQL, SSIS, SSRS)

Oracle (PL/SQL, performance tuning)
Role requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle RAC (multi-node operations, troubleshooting, cluster services)

Solid expertise in Oracle Exadata (Smart Scan, storage cells, compression, day-to-day operations)

Experience with cross-site data replication for resiliency and disaster recovery

Background in large-scale Oracle workload migrations

Strong skills in performance tuning, PL/SQL, RMAN

Good communication skills, as engineers will interact directly with client stakeholders
Nice to have:

Experience in capital markets / post-trade domains

Exposure to financial regulatory environments
