Role Overview
The Brand Balance is looking for a driven and strategic SEO Manager to lead organic growth and digital visibility for our clients. The role involves managing SEO, ORM, Affiliate Marketing, and supporting Performance Marketing initiatives to help clients achieve measurable growth and stronger online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
- Manage ORM activities to strengthen and maintain brand reputation online.
- Handle affiliate partnerships and optimize affiliate-driven growth opportunities.
- Support performance marketing campaigns with data-driven insights and optimization strategies.
- Monitor analytics, rankings, traffic, and conversions while preparing regular reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, social media, and PR teams for integrated campaign execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 - 6+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, analytics, and search engine algorithms.
- Experience in ORM, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
